How the Godrej Wonderla Site Is Planned

Roads, walkways and open spaces
The site follows a grid-and-avenue layout. Wide blacktop/paved internal roads carry two-way traffic and give vehicle access to every individual plot, while dedicated pedestrian walkways and walking tracks run separately from the main vehicular roads. Central parks, landscaped avenues, avenue plantations and recreational green zones break up the plot blocks, and jogging tracks link the open spaces.

A perimeter boundary wall encloses the layout, with controlled entry and exit points, 24/7 CCTV surveillance, security personnel and visitor management.
